Le Bon Marché doesn’t guarantee that the quality of our products, services, or information will meet your expectations, and we can’t promise that errors will be fixed.
Note on Imports: When you place an order for products from outside Canada, you may incur additional duties, importation fees, and taxes. Le Bon Marché ships your products directly to you and provides the necessary paperwork to the carrier. However, any applicable duties and taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer. Le Bon Marché disclaims any responsibility for these charges or any related issues.
DIGITAL GIFT CARD
The Le Bon Marché Gift Card (“Gift Card”) is provided as a unique code redeemable at the Le Bon Marché website. The Gift Card has no expiration date and no service fees. It cannot be redeemed for cash or cash equivalents, except as required by law, and cannot be used as payment on an account or to purchase Gift Cards. Promotional offers and discounts cannot be applied to the purchase of Gift Cards, and purchases of Gift Cards cannot be used to satisfy promotional thresholds. Treat the Gift Card like cash; Le Bon Marché is not responsible for lost or stolen Gift Cards. Unredeemed value on lost or stolen Gift Cards will only be replaced if the purchaser’s confirmation email is presented as proof of purchase and we confirm the Gift Card has not already been redeemed in full by the recipient. If purchased on the website, a Gift Card can be canceled prior to the delivery date selected during the order process by contacting our support team at contact@boutiquebonmarche.ca. We are not responsible for Gift Cards that are undeliverable or not received for any reason. Please ensure that the recipient’s spam filter does not block emails from us. To check your Gift Card balance, please email contact@boutiquebonmarche.ca. Purchase and use of the Gift Card constitute acceptance of all applicable terms and conditions, including Le Bon Marché’s Terms of Use.
Marketing and Promotional Communications
By engaging with our Services, including but not limited to providing feedback, reviews, or participating in surveys, you agree that Le Bon Marché may use such feedback or content for marketing purposes, both online and offline. This may include but is not limited to the use of reviews or submissions in promotional materials. ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
