Returns & Refunds

Overview

Our return and refund policy extends for 90 days from the date of receiving your order. Unfortunately, if 90 days have passed since your order’s delivery, a full refund or exchange cannot be provided.

Eligibility Criteria for Returns

  • To qualify for a return, items must remain unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
  • Refunds will not be issued for used, sealed, broken, marked, or disfigured items.
  • Customers can cover additional shipping charges for ineligible conditions; otherwise, items will be discarded.
  • Returns must be requested within 90 days from the receipt date.
  • All returns must be packed and shipped within 7 days of the return authorization date.
  • Our policy applies exclusively to unused and unworn items with original packaging and tags attached.
  • No returns, exchanges, or refunds are accepted for used, worn, or no-tag items.
  • The original shipping fee is non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges, and we recommend shipping with tracking and insurance.

All gift cards, sheet masks, and sale items are considered final sale and not eligible for return or refund. Products that are close to or past their expiration date, including those on special discount offers, cannot be returned. We do not offer refunds or returns for allergic reactions; patch testing is recommended.

Important: Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order is shipped. Le Bon Marché isn’t responsible for lost return items; we recommend using a reliable shipping company.

Ineligible products for exchanges or refunds

  • Items reported after 90 days from the date of delivery completion
  • Items showing any signs of usage
  • Intentionally damaged items
  • Items returned without notice or despite the denial by customer service
  • Sale items (including items bought with a discount code or special promotions)
  • Sheet masks
  • Gift cards
  • Hygienic items
  • Products close to or past their expiration date

All exchanges and returns are subject to validation and approval at Le Bon Marché’s discretion.

Return Process

  • Returns must be packed and shipped within 7 business days after return authorization.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping charges, recommended with tracking and insurance.
  • Gift cards, sheet masks, and sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.
  • All exchanges and returns are subject to validation and approval at Le Bon Marché’s discretion.

Refunds

  • Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will send an email confirming receipt and approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed, and credit will be applied to your original payment method or as store credit.
  • Refunds can only be processed to the original payment method or as store credit (coupon or gift card). Please note that we are unable to issue refunds to alternative payment methods.
  • Customers were initially charged less for shipping compared to the actual shipping fees incurred by Le Bon Marché, including cases of both paid and free shipping. The difference, representing the true shipping cost, will be deducted from the refund.
  • If the order is returned due to an inaccurate shipping address, original shipping and return charges will be deducted.
  • Refusals on delivery will incur deductions of actual shipping and return charges from the refund.
  • Late or missing refunds may take 7-14 business days for credit card-related refunds.
  • Orders paid with points will be refunded in the form of points.

Sale Items

  • Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds; sale items, including those with discount codes or promotions, cannot be refunded.
  • Products close to or past their expiration date, especially those on special discount offers, are not eligible for return or refund.
  • Bundles have special pricing and are not classified as standard sale items. Some conditions may apply.

Exchanges

Currently, we do not offer exchanges. Contact us for available options.

Shipping Returns

  • Contact us at contact@boutiquebonmarche.ca to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before returning the product.
  • Include the RMA number in your returned order.
  • Shipping costs for returning items are the customer’s responsibility.
  • For eligible returned orders, initial purchase shipping fees will be deducted from the refund.
  • Please ensure a smooth return process by including your name, order number, and return authorization number on or inside the return parcel to prevent any delays in handling returns.

Company Rights and Discretion

Le Bon Marché reserves the right to decline returns, cancel orders, or terminate accounts suspected of excessive returns, return fraud, or wardrobing.

Le Bon Marché reserves the right to reject unreasonable return requests. Le Bon Marché reserves the right to change our return policies and/or reject any exchange requests for any reason without prior notice.

In the event of a dispute, Le Bon Marché’s decision will be considered final.
